How it works

We understand you are very busy.
Please fill out the following to secure a booking today.

Please register for an appointment before you arrive at our clinic for the quickest service. 

You will be promted to recieve your test results via email or txt.

You must be 19 years or older to book a COVID 19 test.
We will follow up with specific instructions.
Depending on the test you require please indicate the date you are travelling or when are required to submit a test result.
A close contact is defined as being near a person with COVID-19 for at least 15 minutes when health and safety measures were not in place or were insufficient. Health and safety measures include things such as physical barriers or the physical distancing of at least 2 metres. Note: This means you would have been contacted by your health authority’s public health team.

We are conveniently located at 8278 Manitoba Street, Vancouver BC. 

For laboratory-based testing, such as molecular PCR:

  • samples are sent to a laboratory for analysis
  • results are generally provided in 1 to 3 days

For point-of-care testing:

  • sample collection and testing is done at the time and place of care, such as a hospital or doctor’s office
  • results are provided while you wait

There are different ways samples can be collected to test for COVID-19. Samples can be collected through a:

  • nose swab
  • throat swab
  • saliva sample

B.C. offers two COVID-19 testing options for children and youth. For the mouth rinse/gargle sample collection:

  • Do not eat, drink, brush teeth, or smoke/vape 1 hour prior to the test
  • Do not practicing gargling 2 hours prior to the test as practicing could affect test results

You can get a text or email notification as soon as your results are available, day or night. You can also download and print a copy of your test results.

By registering for this service once, you will receive your negative result by text or email any time that you test for COVID-19 in the future.  

Our prices vary dependant on the type of test we conduct. Other variables like private or group booking are priced accordingly. Please connect with our office to determine a quote.

If you require multiple test or routine testing please coordinate with us to arrange for a subscription package.

Anyone with cold, influenza or COVID like symptoms can now be assessed. Individuals in the following groups should be prioritized for testing:

  • Residents and staff of long-term care facilities

  • Individuals requiring admission to hospital or likely to be admitted, such as pregnant individuals near-term, patients on hemodialysis, or cancer patients receiving radiation or chemotherapy.

  • Health-care workers

  • Contacts of a known case of COVID-19

  • Travellers who in the past 14 days returned to BC from outside Canada, or from an area with higher infection rates within Canada

  • Residents of remote, isolated, or Indigenous communities

  • People living in congregate settings such as work-camps, correctional facilities, shelters, group homes, assisted living and seniors’ residences

  • People who are homeless or have unstable housing

  • Essential service providers, such as first responders
